Los Angeles – May 31, 2012 – Leads360, the market-leader in consumer sales automation, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Nachman as executive vice president of marketing, product and business development. Nachman brings an impressive track record of successful ventures, with more than 20 years of experience executing effective growth strategies, both as a senior executive and as an advisor.

As Executive Vice President, Nachman will play a key role in defining and delivering on the future of consumer sales automation. He will lead efforts around product and marketing strategy as well as channel growth and development.

Prior to Leads360, Nachman was an Operating Partner at Marlin Equity Partners, a $1 billion private equity firm, where he focused on investments in enterprise software and technology-enabled business services companies. Prior to Marlin Equity, Nachman served as CEO of Phoenix Energy Technologies, a pioneering and high growth energy management company.

Nachman was also one of the early senior executives at HireRight, Inc., where he was responsible for Marketing, Product Management, Business Development and Strategy. In this role, he drove the efforts that resulted in successful alliances with companies such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Taleo, SuccessFactors, IBM, Accenture, and Monster, and led to revenue growth from $3 million in 2000 to more than $200 million in 2008. He also played a leadership role in HireRight’s successful 2007 IPO. Earlier in his career, Nachman spent six years as a consultant at McKinsey and Company, and worked as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Kidder, Peabody & Company.
